Carroll County’s Jabin Talley and Ethan Richardson will compete Friday, May 26 in the Region 3D Tennis Tournament at Virginia Tech. Talley has qualified for both singles and doubles, while Richardson will join Talley in the doubles’ tournament. Talley qualified for regionals as the No. 4 overall singles seed. He will face the No. 5 seed, an opponent from William Byrd, at 11 a.m.
