Jake Hollandsworth scored 18 points and Grayson County pumped in 23 in the fourth quarter Friday to defeat Carroll County 67-48 in a non-district contest in Hillsville. After Ian Herman’s free throws with 5:13 left in the second quarter gave the Cavaliers an 18-17 lead, Hollandsworth hit two from the charity stripe to start an 11-2 Blue Devils’ run to end the first half.
